The Community Service Council of West Pasco was formed in the fall of 1979 by a group of professionals working for several service agencies in the area. There were close to 40 people that attended the first meeting. Early Presidents of the organization were Bob Williams, Chuck Jackson and Reverend Peggy Hill.
Throughout the years, the organization has taken on many initiatives including business expos, scholarship programs, Special Project Grants, Humanitarian and Volunteer of the Year awards, intergenerational program and support of other non-profits in our community.
As a 501c3 non-profit organization (59-2632565), Community Service Council hosts special events and fundraisers to raise awareness and funds to support the above programs and other non-profit organizations in the West Pasco Area.
A few of the signature CSC Outreach projects include:

-Senior Photos at local facilities
- Pampering Our Teachers Appreciation Event
-High School Senior Scholarships / Intergenerational Grants
- Yard Spruce Up
- Honor Flight Guardianship
-Special Project Grants
- Thanksgiving Dinner Delivery Outreach
