Community Service Council Monthly Meeting – $15.00

Please Note: This meeting is being held on Wednesday, November 15th at the Kontos Hall (at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church) located at 9426 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654. The venue will be decorated for the Festival of Trees so feel free to come in your festive attire. Please RSVP by November 10th for catering purposes.

A proud organization consisting of professional leaders and individuals building eternal friendships and providing networking opportunities for their business. The blend of diverse backgrounds and talents work toward the betterment of our community.

Our time together in November is our Awards & Grant Celebrations and Board Nominations.

Lunch Cost $15.00

For our next Mission in a Meeting, we will be filling 100 cinch-sack bags with practical supplies for individuals experiencing street homelessness.

We need your help collecting the following items:

New adult crew socks
Bottled water (small)
Individually wrapped protein or granola bars
Peanut butter or cheese crackers
Tuna or chicken pouches with easy-open tops
Fruit cups or applesauce pouches
Travel-size toothpaste and individually packaged toothbrushes
Travel-size deodorant and soap
Individual body wipes
Hand sanitizer
Lip balm and sunscreen
Small tissue packages
Bandages or small first-aid packets
Feminine hygiene products
Gallon-size resealable bags
Bug Spray/Wipes
comb/brush

Our goal is to collect 100 of each item so every bag contains the same basic necessities. Members may bring any quantity—every donation will help us reach our goal.

Please bring your donations to our next CSC meeting on September 10. After the meeting, we will work together to assemble all 100 bags for distribution.
